What's odd is that on that top 'gauges' menu there's a second screen that's blank, I think that's where it would probably be shown.

No, that's intended to be a blank screen.

There are definitely major variations in the programming of those clusters. The mustang has a very similar cluster, but LOTS more features. There are more values (besides the single Trans temp) and you can view them as radial gauges. If someone was really crafty they could probably reverse engineer it.
F150s got the short end of the stick.

swapped in the non-locker dash switch and the TCCM. Oddly the 2/TOD TCCM threw an 'ABS Module Cannot Read T-case Clutch Position' code when I did that.

I swapped back to the 2/TOD Lock module and the code went away. Not sure what to think of that. Maybe the non-lock trucks have a different ABS controller?

either way everything seems to be working and the diff-lock open circuit doesn't throw a light so I'm going to leave it with the lock 2TOD/LOCK computer module

has anyone done the 4A conversion on one with the E-Locker? how do i know if the TCCM supports Torque on Demand and the e-locker.
I verified my TCCM part number is CL3A-7H417-CE

From Ford's description of that TCCM: "F150. Electric transfer case. With elect. locking diff.. With tod transfer case."

My truck originally had the locker. The TOD2/LOCK module played nice with both the locker and the TOD t-case. I ended up swapping out the locker for a truetrac because I don't really take the truck off-road and the truetrac is a lot better in snow, since it's always doing it's thing and doesn't cause understeer.

The TOD worked pretty well with the locker in the rare instance I had to engage the locker.

for me in gauges all i get is trans temp. are there other temps that should be there, or can i enable more sensor read outs in this menu?

Nope, just trans temperature. The mustang has a very similar cluster and has radial gauges for many readouts. It is almost a cruel joke because there is already a trans temp gauge. Even voltage would be useful.
The cluster is on the CAN bus so almost anything could be read.
