Default AC compressor always running

My mechanic in Colorado told me that my ac system needs to be replaced. Got sent down to Texas a few days later and the ac was not able to keep up with the heat. Dropped the truck off at a questionable Ford dealer. They replaced the ac system and then called to inform me that the compressor wouldn’t turn off. I was told that they connected to the PCM and were unable to turn it off. So they said that the PCM is bad. I didn’t think that made sense but I’m working and need the truck fixed so I said go ahead. Later in the day the service advisor called back and said that the compressor is still running and the PCM is not the problem. Put my original back in. They’re going to start testing electrical. Asked if they had tested the ac relay with a volt meter and he paused and said of course. At this point I’m pretty sure they have no clue where to look next. Any ideas that I could suggest? Thanks

Funny, I thought my sig had my info. My bad. I’ll just call you a Richard.

Anyway, they started to chase down electrical but couldn’t find anything. Then they checked and switched out the fan clutch. Problem fixed.
