Default About to Trade for a 2014

I've got a great offer on a 2014 Crew Eco Lariat Max tow. I currently have 2011 XLT Crew Eco. It has 68k miles and have had no issues. I've been wanting a max tow for some time now. Was going to wait on 2015 but I own business and don't feel like a new model year will fit my budget. Will give a follow up post if I go with the deal.

Good call. People buying the 2015's within the first 6 months will be paying close to full sticker and that makes literally zero sense to me.

Well I made the deal today and couldn't be more pleased with my decision. Hope this 2014 is as good as my 2011 was. Lariat SCREW loaded to the max.

I'm with you on that one.

When you buy the FINAL design year trucks, you are buying the finalized , fool proof, all bugs worked out perfected truck, usually at a heavily discounted price to liquidate inventory.

When you blow your wad on a 1st year model in first 6 months truck, you're buying a truck at full invoice, that will depreciate rapidly, and show all the bugs of a new production model.

Which is the wiser purchase........
