Now that's a bed cover, Ive never heard of it before. Is it heavy to open? or does it have struts to assist or something. Also how water proof is it?

Ya same here, i had never heard of it until a friend was explaining it to me yesterday, he wants to get one. They definitely seem pretty cool though, but I think that would be my last resort if that. I imagine they are pretty expensive, to the point where i would probably rather buy a trailer.

I put an old tire in front of my Grizzly 700 and then strap it forward against it.

I just put a towel on the toolbox and get it as far in there as I can... There is enough room without putting the tires on top of the toolbox. I've driven down awful dirt roads and everything else you could imagine and it's never moved so you should be fine

A quad in the back of a 5.5 bed with a tool box is gonna be a little tricky depending on if you lengthened the Rappy. Mine barley fit with the tool box and I have the 6.5' bed.

Guys with the diamond back covers, check them before each use cause my buddy had a weld or bracket break on his that he has on his F250.

Get a small trailer, not worth damaging your truck or the quad trying to fit it in your bed.

Trailers work for the summer but you spray salt and everything else all over them in the winter. Luckily I'm 6.5 bed

My little Honda will fit with the tailgate up, Had to remove my Retrax bed cover though to keep the gate up and pull my Travel Trailer.

ya my toolbox definitly doesn't need a towel, she's taken a beating from when I first started loading up my first quad lol. Im a pro at loading up now though Good to know though, i appreciate the feedback

rappy isn't lengthened...this was it in my old truck 6.5' bed with the same tool box. I should have measured near the end of summer but didn't think of it. I just kind of guessed at how it sits with the tires just barely on the tail gate with the 6.5 & toolbox. I still had another 1.5ft so now that i loose that ft in the box I'm thinking ill have .5ft or less:

How would I damage it trying to fit it in the bed? I am not hitting a jump and trying to land in the box lol. Unless you are referring to the weight on the tailgate, then ya that was my next question. How much weight can the tailgate withstand. A raptor is about 400lbs & obv not all the weight would be on the tailgate.

I wouldn't need it in the winter anyway. I only ride my raptor in the summer now. Even if I did decide to use it in the winter I would just rust proof it, wouldn't be hard to spray. Yes the 6.5 is nice with the supercabs but not a fan with super crews. I don't use my bed except for my yamaha raptor so I'll be fine.
