Tuner will not eliminate the lag completely. Yes I have done this and added a cold air kit. yes it is better but the real fix, and amazing cure is the Sprint Booster. Unless you have tried one, you are not qualified to discount it ( this is to stop the flaming, not as an insult)

Any 5.4 3V motor built after 10/7/07 will not have 2 piece plugs...they use SP509 plugs in the re-designed heads.

so I'm good than...sweet I've been putting off changing the plugs cause I'm afraid they will break and i don't have the time to fix them all. I've been buying the tools to replace since I've found out....also whats I've noticed just recently that i hear a (for lack of a better word) ticking like on the passenger side near the center console. what could that be?

Passenger side exhaust manifold leak...very common.. good luck with that fix.

labor intense.. mine is leaking now...thinking about doing shorty headrers

one on each side...all that needs to be removed is the passenger side to raise that side a couple inches...problem is studs break off in the head and require extraction. You probably already have a broken bolt...that's why you hear it ticking.

2010 doesn't have two piece Sparkplugs. Just changed mine last weekend no problem actually pretty easy
