Default 5/3 drop

Hey guys, I'll be doing a drop on my reg cab 09 in the spring and I want to go with something aggressive like a 5/3 but I'm not sure if something that aggressive would need some frame modifications or if it can be done in the driveway in a day. has anyone had one and what did you have to do?

if i were you i would do the beltech 3.5/5.5 drop that is being sold by djm/beltechdirect member or the suspension source for a pretty good deal its the one i am gonna go with the part number is 971SP comes with the front drop struts, rear flip kit, and rear shocks and to give you more support in the rear you can go with the air lift company's slam air helper bag set up that a member on here named cuzzinvinny did, jst look in the lowered truck section of the forum and you can get your answers there
