Default 5.0 knock

I just bought my 12 f150 with the 5.0. Their is a knock at idle only. From what the local ford place said their is a TSB on it. Says to replace the timing chain tensioners to fix the noise. Has anybody done this to their motor yet?

I'm glad to hear that you've been in contact with your local dealership, silvercrew12; they're best able to assist with this. Do you have an upcoming appointment to have them make the repair? Please let me know how it goes, and fill me in with your current mileage as well; I'll look into some available options.

Going to get it fixed one day next week. I was just more curious if anybody else has had this done. The truck has 85k miles on it.
