Default 35's rubbing?

wondering if 35/12.5/18 rub at all on the rear shock. Will be going on the stock 18"x7.5 fx4 wheels. yes know they are a bit narrow on the stock rims but they are only temp. also any pics would be great!

Thanks

Yeah I would say they might rub on the UCA also. What kind of tire are you thinking of going with? I am running my setup with a 2' leveling kit in the front and I only had to trim a little bit. My signature has what I went with.

probly nitto trail grapplers, just figured i would try to get the 35's on there right away cause i will snag some rims down the road and going to get a 4-6" lift in the spring. So only rubbing on the UCA mostly? Dosent sound to bad, i asume only at full lock

Here is a thread I posted back when I got my new wheels/tires. It shows the areas I had to trim and a pic of the UCA. The tires are not a full lock but it will kinda give you an idea of how much room there is. My wheels are 5.5 backspacing and if I remember correctly that is also what factory wheels are. My tires however are 34.5/11.50 so they are not as wide as the 12.50's.

You will love the Trail Grapplers. I have about 3,000 miles or so on mine and have no regrets in getting them.

I realize that he said the rear but I figured might as well give him something to think about with the front as well.

I just put on the 2.5 front and 3" rear and put on 33x12.50x20 on xd monsters and if i had gone with 35's they would def have rubbed bad. The 33's aren't too far from rubbing at full turn on the front to that plastic piece under the front bumper
