I've got 295/70R17s on stock wheels and haven't had any rubbing issues.
They're 33.2" tall vs the 285/65/R18 at 32.6".

Mine are wider too

XDRockstar, why do you say the Rancho's are bad? I've read nothing but good things about em?

KBS that truck looks good! Thats the exact look im going for. What are the specs on the wheels and tires?

I foudn this pic on another forum. The guy says tires are 285/65/18 wheels are 18x10 not sure on the offset. Nitto trail grapplers are slightly taller and wider than the average 285/65/18. I think they are the perfect tire for a level kit. Not too big, not too small.

I would also suggest 295/65/18. Goodyear duratrac comes in this size. About the same size as the trail grappler, maybe slightly taller.

295/65/18 would be a good size KBS but just don't want to get an E rated tire. Too heavy and stiffer sidewalls. Going with a D tire. Also want an all terrain, that's why I would like to get tbe terra grapplers in the D rated 305/55/20. Had load E 295/70/18 tetras on my cummins diesel and they were great.

Dude i have been wondering about the same thing... pics with 285 65r18 a bit more rare especially with just a level. I'm more interested in seeing the bfgs myself with a level on stockers but i guess ill have to wait and see for myself. My truck should be fitted really soon!
