so i just got a 2014 f150 and today while driving home the radio just wouldn't play i tried satellite, am/fm, and sync.. when using sync my phone said it was playing but still no sound. After turning off the truck and turning it back on it worked fine though. Also before this all happened the speaker on my driver side door sounded like it was blown already (3 day old truck) which doesn't make much sense due to the fact that i really haven't been listening to music very loud in the truck.. i basically just want to know if anyone else has had similar problems with the radio and wanted to know if fords warranty is good with problems like this. thanks

 

I had a problem where the radio worked fine. Any external audio was very distorted. Bluetooth, usb, aux. Phones and iPods. Sync on phone worked great. Truck was 2 weeks old when I took to dealership for warranty. 22 days and completely new electronics later, a regional Ford rep was called. 4 hours later they found 2 wires in main harness that were put in wrong spot at factory. Solved the problem.
