Default 2014 f150 engine sputtering

Hi I have a 2014 f150 v8 5.0. The engine is starting but immediately sputtering and then dying. I can give it gas and put it into drive then it sputters and dies.

I have put a code reader on it but no codes are present.

what could be causing this???

I have checked fuse 27 and my fuel pump relay.

I would start with checking the engine air filter. If that's clean and allowing air flow, remove and clean the MAF sensor with MAF cleaner (5-10 minutes and $5 for cleaner.) If that doesn't work, remove and clean the throttle body with TB cleaner.

If none of those work I'd move to checking the spark plugs and coils.

There are other things to try, but I start with the simple quick things.

If there's a way to get some fuel from the fuel line at the engine...I would check it in a glass jar for water. I don't know if there is a shrader valve on the fuel line or not.
Good Luck
