Default 2014 f150 5.0 reliability

Ok so I’m not a mechanic or a car gurus but I know a decent amount about cars but I have a 2014 Ford F-150 5.0 v8 flex fuel with 165,000 miles on it and I was curious as to how reliable and how many miles more could I put on it I don’t dog the crap out of it. I take it to get oil changes on time and check all my fluids every now and then currently have no problems but I was just wondering because I had a 2002 Ford F-150 with 189,000 miles on it with problems all the time because the 5.4 had terrible threads to hold spark plugs in so I blew them almost every month I just am hoping I can make this new one last with the amount of money and modifications I’m putting into it.

5.0 is a far cry from the 5.4. Any mechanical thing enjoys being treated nicely and being taken care of and should last longer than an abused one.
