Default 2014 ecoboost changes??

I traded in my 2012 f150 ecoboost for a 2014 king ranch f150 with the ecoboost as well. It could be just me but it feels so much slower and less power. I have an sct live wire tuner running the 93 tune now that I took off of my old one but still feels so much weaker power wise. Did they change anything to detune this year?

That's what my first thought was but figured I would ask if anyone else feels the same.

Yes they are debunked compared to the 11/12 years. I believe this was done to address the condensation issue. Get an ssi tune and it will solve the problem. Other tuners didn't seem to work as we'll for me, unlike on my '11 where several tuners seemed to work well..

The boost is the same on the sct tuner. I'm not sure what stock max boost pressure is but mine will max out at 15-15.5 on the tuner. I'm reading most custom tunes are running 19-21 psi

My 2014 Eco seems a bit under powered as well compared to the 2011 I had. Both tuned the 2011 would flat out fly the 2014 runs ok but nothing like the 2011. If I run the 2014 on the 93 octane tune it feels about how the 2011 ran on 87 octane tune.

My 2014 is quicker than my 2011. But my '14 is about 500 lbs lighter and has 4.10 gears, my'11 had 3.73's.

But what tune you running? I'm telling you guys, for some reason some of the tuners don't help the 13/14 as much as the 11/12 and I'm talking big names here...
