Default 2014 Buying Question

http://fordlabels.webview.biz/webvie...FW1EF2EKF43387

Went to local dealer today for oil change and was looking at trading for the truck above. It had 8500.00 rebate plastered all over window.

2750.00 package rebate
4250.00 factory rebate
1500.00 loyal customer rebate

Just out of curiousity, what do you think would be a good number to end with on price of the truck??

I was a little disappointed and was wondering, what number would you feel good about paying and I will see where this goes.

$42,200 is around invoice

Minus actual rebates = $36450

Plus tax tag title

Final price +-$39,100

That would be buying around invoice with no dealer fee.

I would start with this:
https://www.carsbyme.com/cars-for-sa...es%5B0%5D=ford

as in why they had it listed somewhere at some point in time for $38k.

Pm returned

Auto.com still has it listed at that 38k price and that has the 4250 rebate figured but not the 1500 loyal customer rebate.

They came in first number at 41,500

41,500 after tax tag title?

Do they charge a dealer fee?

A local dealer here sells their trucks at invoice, minus rebates, plus tax tag title, all day long. No Dealer Fee

I think they are still at least $2k too high at $41,500 out the door. If they have a $700 dealer fee you would be around $40k out the door.

Here's the sticker on mine

http://fordlabels.webview.biz/webvie...FW1Et3eke61285

I had $3000 positive equity on the trade (2011 XLT SCREW 4x4 Ecoboost). Taxes, tags, rebates and it went out the door at $36000 on my sale invoice. And I actually moved up in options. Too good a deal to pass up.

Thanks to BlackHD06 and especially albertschmitz for a little guidance on this. I should be getting my 14 hopefully this weekend.

They want me to take my level off, put my stock 17in alloys back on (had 20in platinum wheels), and I am getting to keep my bakflip that Santa got me and my weathertechs.
