Default 2014 Build and Price

Looks like the 2014's can be built on ford.com now

The tremor seems to be under the fx2 or fx4 and option the regular cab.

Wow! Just priced the same truck and it is 2400.00 more with same options! Actually 3900.00 since they gave 1500 off from factory for the chrome package when I got mine in 2012! That's almost 2 grand a year!

Well no trading for me! Especially since it is basically the same truck, maybe look at the 2015 and see what that brings!

I realize things go up but I can't see me buying a 85,000.00 XLT in 20 years!!

looks like 20 years from now a million dollars will be enough to buy a truck and a down payment of a house!!!

Cool

I did mine. I have an '11 Lariat supercrew 4x4 with the 5 1/2' bed, 6.2 and 3.73 LS axle. When I ordered mine in Oct.'10 -
An '11 Lariat as I described - $39,615.00
The options I ordered -------- + 9,640.00
Sticker ------------------------ $49,255.00
Add ------------------------ D+D + 975.00
Sticker ------------------------ $50,230.00
Lariat Premium discount ------- -1,000.00
Final sticker price ---------------$49,230.00 my '11 Lariat

A 2014 Lariat base supercab, 6 1/2' box, 4x2, 5.0, 3.31 axle = $36,825.00
Built as mine - Supercrew, 5 1/2' box, 4x4, 6.2, 3.73 E-lock axle = $48,030.00
Options similar to my '11 Lariat of ------------------------------------ +$4,625.00
Sticker ------------------------------------------------------------------- $52,655.00
Add ---------------------------------------------------------------- D+D + $1,095.00
Final Sticker ----------------------------------------------------------- $53,750.00 for a '14 Lariat like mine

The differences are
Ruby red where as mine is Red Candy
HID headlamp where as mine are halogen
Power fold/extend max tow mirror where as mine are manual fold/extend
3.73 E-lock axle where as mine is a 3.73 LS axle.

I guess that isn't to bad as I thought it would be worse for the higher models... but coming from a 11 to 14 and getting the upgraded options doesn't make it to bad of a deal! If I would have added what I would want it would have been another grand for the e-lock and the hid's

Raptor like I want it, $59,640. Went up by only a $1k but have a new special edition package that I would definitely do. Like the new ruby red.

Too bad you can't get a 6 1/2 foot box with a Raptor...

My current truck is the 6.5' and really the only reason I got a ford. I was first with Toyota, they dropped it, went with Dodge, then they dropped it. I will stick with whoever until they drop it or move up to the heavy duty models. But I said to myself that I really like the raptor and that would be the only truck I would consider with the 5.5' bed. Would be sweet if they had that option but seriously doubt that will ever happen and to be honest, if I was doing some serious 4 wheeling, I would rather have the SCab for a shorter wheelbase anyways.

Looks like you can now get an XLT with leather seats & HID's. But the price has also gone up as well. Sticker price on a truck equipped the exact same as mine is $2135 over what mine listed as. Plus I got better rebates too.

Yeah looks like better options like you said,,, I went with the XLT mainly for the 8' bed and really was impressed with the amount of room in the back,, I can sit back there and I am 6'4.. If they had the bed in the screw it would have been a no brainer. Priced exactly as mine was 3900 more out the door but again they just started the 14's so I am sure they will give the factory off sticker bonus so I went with the 2400. Now add what I would go with, the e-lock, Hid's, Leather seats and that is another 2 grand! A little to much even with a great trade in value....

Can't believe the Tremor I built is 42k. That's just under MSRP for my 13' Screw FX2.
