Default 2013 screw door unlocking problem

My 2013 screw back seat door is not unlocking or locking. It seems to be stuck, while all the others unlock. Cant even get it open. Any help?

Over 36000 miles on it? If not then it's still under warranty.

Has 26,000. Do you suggest I just take it to the dealership?

Well yeah, it is covered under the BTB warranty! Why wouldn't you, unless you know how to Fix the Issue!

Just a guess, but probably a Bad Latch assembly! It is a known issue on these trucks!

Most op have the dealer replace the door handle assembly as well to resolve the Issue beside replacing the faulty Latch! Good luck!

No idea. You would have to look at the details of your ext warranty.

Hi robXlt,

Your best bet will be to contact your dealership's service manager; they'll let you know if a repair can be made under your warranty.
