My truck is the 3.7L EcoBoost V6

Correction, your truck is the 3.5L EcoBoost. The 3.7 in this generation is naturally aspirated.

Judging by the location of the leak i'd say one of your turbos is leaking. One of the coolant feed pipes/hoses.

3.5L, thanks. I dont see me being able to get back to the turbos without having to take a bunch of stuff out of my way....

Let's say it is one of the turbos leaking, how bad is that?

Best bet is to take it to the dealer or someone trained to work on those engines. The way they stuff everything under the body most likely cab removal would be the easiest way to get at the turbo and hoses/pipes.

Driver side in this diagram, 14, 15, and 16. are places I would want to look at very closely.

I can’t help the OP, but the link in spiky’s post offered the fix for my just started leaking overflow tank/hose leak.

Unfortunately, I didn’t know about the Pegasus fix and ordered the tank and hose off Amazon earlier this week to replace this weekend.

Easiest way to get to turbos is through the wheel well. They are actually pretty easy to work on through that.

Default UPDATE......I think I found the problem

So I was finally able to get my scope camera around in the engine and find where the leak is coming from. Its NOT a hose at all. I also confirmed that I do have a 3.7L, i think i was mistaken about the EcoBoost part...

There are two bolts in the top, middle, back of the engine that are just completely rusted out. This is where the coolant seems to be coming from, then it runs down the backside of the engine and drips down to the transmission housing and eventually follows it down and drips to the ground.

Due to the limited space back there and my general lack of engine components, i do not know what these two bolts go to or what that part is. It is a flat, rectangular part that looks to sit just below and behind the intake manifold....dont know if the helps. It is just as wide as the space between the head covers too.

Can anyone help me figure out what this is? Can I just extract and replace those bolts?

This is the right side or drivers side bolt. Im standing on my bumper and looking at the engine straight on, looking at the back just in front of the firewall.

Same spot just zoomed back a little for reference.

Crappy pic here but the only way i could get both bolts in a single shot. Here i have my scope camera down on the drivers side looking over across to the passenger side just across the top of whatever part that it that has the rustes out bolts.

Any updates on this Brian McDonell? I am certain that I have the identical issue. You described my current situation to a tee. Same engine and same drip around bell housing. Definitely not the water pump or reservoir.
