Are the 2013 CAC's truly fixed?

Thanks Ecobeest. That should at least finally determine if the parts were changed from 11/12 to 13.
The second part we'll have to figure out is where the P/N from the TSB comes in. So here's where we stand now:

Toddman, I noticed your new title Ecofixed?? I am starting to think my 2013 is not Ecofixed?? This is when you need a true Ford engineer to come on sites like this and settle the issue by providing accurate and informative answers to there customers to settle this uncertainty. On other sites I have seen and been on the owners of large companies actually take part of the discussions and answer questions from there customers. To bad this site doesnt encourage Ford to do the same.

I'm on a few Forum's and there are usually manufacturers reps or engineers that monitor forums and respond to issues.
On one forum, I complained about my vette about being in the shop for a unique issue that the service center couldn't resolve. A guy that I suspected was somehow attached to GM responded and knew exactly what dealer my car was at and the problem I had. That was freaky, they're on the forums.
Surprised that there isn't one on this forum and if there is, hasn't stepped up to respond to all of theses Ecoboost issues.

Thanks Toddman for your invoice post, this is the best info yet. At least i not saw your IC in your truck but the invoice from dealer/ford. The only thing i can think of would be is there the same design, the DL going in the new ones at factory the and BL going in as replacements to the dealer. This way they know which IC and where its going. I am guessing of course but knowing this is the key to knowing if the DL needs to be replace or its the same.

Ok, so now here's the latest on what we know:

2013 Factory (Pre 9/18): <unknown>
2012 Factory part: <unknown, suspected to be same as 2011>
2011 Factory part: BL349L440AB
The theory that Truck Owner posted is possible at this point - the 2013 Factory and TSB parts are the same, only with different part numbers to identify factory vs replacement parts for tracking purposes. This is not yet confirmed.

Mine was built on 9/20. I have the dl34-9l440-ac part number. But like I said, the parts are not interchangeable so there is no way for the tsb intercooler to be the same as the newer 2013 intercooler.
