Deal with an internet guy, they're the easiest and don't play any games. Offer them invoice. If they have two brain cells to rub together they'll accept. Below-invoice offers are tough, and you won't get it unless the truck has been there longer than 60 days.

You're wrong, they do not get the incentives back. They come directly from Ford to the customer. If the customer chooses to use them towards the vehicle, they are contracted as cash down, not discount. The dealer fronts the cash until the rebates arrive. They certainly do not get those as 'profit'.

im sorry, I was under the impression they got them back, my dad was a internet sales manager for Chevy and he said they got those back.

Maybe it worked there that way, but all Ford rebates are direct to the customer. You have the option of taking them in cash or applying them as down payment at the time of sale.
