2012 screw pricing
Can I shoot you the vins in a PM?
I'm an internet manager for Ford.
The 5.0l qualifies for an extra rebate. Also the XLT package has an extra. Make sure they remember them.
Deal with an internet guy, they're the easiest and don't play any games. Offer them invoice. If they have two brain cells to rub together they'll accept. Below-invoice offers are tough, and you won't get it unless the truck has been there longer than 60 days.
Give me the VIN numbers you are looking at and I'll give you the invoices, lol.

You're wrong, they do not get the incentives back. They come directly from Ford to the customer. If the customer chooses to use them towards the vehicle, they are contracted as cash down, not discount. The dealer fronts the cash until the rebates arrive. They certainly do not get those as 'profit'.
Maybe it worked there that way, but all Ford rebates are direct to the customer. You have the option of taking them in cash or applying them as down payment at the time of sale.
