Default 2012 f150 ecoboost

i have a 2012 f150 ecoboost 3.5l I recently removed the muffler and pipe so the exhaust system is short and mid cab on the truck. the rest is stock. I am now experiencing running issues with the truck loosing power and odd turbo noise... can this be just from the exhaust removal ?

Lol. If it's running like ****, put the exhaust back on and see if it cures it. Why keep it that way if it's harming the motor??
