Default 2012 5.0 Engine Stalling

I have looked around and have seen quite a few threads on this, however they were all older, and none of them provided any solution. My truck will die when rolling slowly in traffic/coming to a stop with no check engine light or warnings. Dealer, of course, said they have never heard of it, much like my dreaded 5.0 engine knock/tick. Has anyone seen or experienced this first hand and received any fix (or help for that matter) from their dealer? It seems to be more frequent when the A/C is on and the fan speed is high? I was thinking maybe when the compressor kicks on (if the f-150 compressor cycles), perhaps the rpm's are so low the extra load is enough to kill the engine? if not that, I am clueless?

Checked the fuse location out and everything looked fine from the top, but I did not have access to a fuse pulled while at work, so I will have to wait until I get home to double check.

Also check the fuel pump module, it's mounted next to the spare. It's also a know problem and suffers from galvanic corrosion.

This has happened to my truck a few times. I've checked fuse 27 and fuel pump module and both are fine. Same exact symptoms, low speed while coming to a stop. Truck always fires back up with 0 issues.

Well I checked fuse 27, everything looked fine. One thing I did notice was with a full tank (I filled up a few days ago) I have had zero issues, now as I start to get down closer to half a tank, it stalled yesterday. I am not sure if that is coincidence or an actual symptom. I tried calling the dealer and mentioned what it was doing, no CEL or constant symptom, mentioned I needed a loaner (I am under CPO still) and they threatened me with charging me for a loaner if they could not reproduce. Which I know will involve the tech driving 1/2 mile down the street with his foot to the floor and returning saying he could find no issue. It is very frustrating!! I understand the CPO warranty does not cover everything, but the fact that my truck is literally dying on me and the dealer is warning me about coming in with an issue like this does not give me the warm and fuzzies. This was the second dealer I have tried dealing with as well.

Well, the simple/free things are fuel flow, air flow, spark. Perhaps throttle body. You should check the module Morris suggested to see if it looks rusty/damaged, MAF sensor, test battery, check plug gap. There is a sticky at the top of the forum about shuddering issues that are more extreme. If you find it is fuel related, it could be the pump dying. That isn't common, I don't think, but certainly possible.

I would look into the fuse 27 tsb, anyway. Silly this isn't a recall, but what can we do... https://www.f150forum.com/f38/2009-2...-issue-372139/
