2011 SelectShift Transmission Option
Just received my copy of My Ford magazine and on page 6 it talks about the 2011 F150's "coming standard with a 6-speed Automatic transmission with available SelectShift Transmission and Progressive Range Select. This option let's you switch to full manual shifting or simply lock out high gears so you have more control over when the transmission shifts" 
It may be old news, but this is the first I have heard about the manual shifting option availability and I like the idea of this as an option. Maybe someone actually does listen to us.
