Default 2011 rear defroster

I have a 2011 F150 supercrew XLT (4x4 5.0), no heated mirrors, non-slider rear window with defroster. The defroster worked fine since I bought the truck, but unfortunately had a small incident and had to have the rear window replaced. Now the defroster doesn't work. I have continuity across the window, fuse tests good, swapped defroster relay with blower relay to test and that was good. I still don't get 12V power to the rear window on the wire leads. I'm at a loss at this point and "winter is coming". All of my searching keeps leading me to the slider windows posts. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Can you take it back to whoever replaced the window? If so id have them mess with it.

I'd recommend making an appointment at your dealership so they can inspect, MacMillanRacing. How many miles are on the truck?
