Default 2011 FX4 Heated Seats barely warm

Now that it's getting cold out, I tried using my heated seats for the first time today. On high the seat bottom is barely warm, and the seat back doesn't even feel like its working. Any other vehicle I've owned with heated seats would get hot on high and warm on low.

Anyone else have issues with their heated seats? Anyone know if there is a programmable option to increase the heat output on high? I've heard some manufactures have that depending on the region the vehicle is delivered to.

The seats on my 11 get really warm, no complaints here. I do wish it went higher up the back, but my *** is nice and toasty! And the passenger seat keep my McDee's Nice and Warm till I get home, hah

Mine gets warm but it seems to take longer than on previous vehicles. I notice the same on cooling. Poor design or good leather, I betting on the 1st option. My wife infiniti gets cool or hot really quick in any weather.

Take it to the dealer and have it checked under warranty. My brother's KR will sweat you out in less than 2 minutes.

I used mine for the first time yesterday. I started it on high and and after about 5 minutes, had to turn it to low as it was pretty toasty. I didn't feel anything on the back, in fact, I didn't know the warmer went up the back.

Mine get stupid hot. I usually have to turn it down pretty quick. They also cool very fast. The highest setting is almost always overkill.

Good luck, I don't know what I'd do without them!

Flame on. After a couple of minutes I'm turning them off to avoid getting grill marks.

Mine will burn your butt off if you leave it on the highest setting. I start out on the highest setting and then within a few minutes have to turn it down. Go get yours checked out at the dealer

I tried mine out for a few mins this weekend and didn't think they were all that strong either.
