2011 ford 150 auto start won’t work this year but did last year please help!
UPDATE!!
My 2011 ford 1/2 tons auto start won’t start my truck this year but did last year, I put new batteries in the remotes and still a no go, however the remote will lock, unlock and sound the security horn but not start the truck
anyone know why not or had this problem happen to them?

he horn doesn’t even beep I am getting so frustrated! We have taken the check engine light off and still nothing,
its like it’s in valet mode, the book says 6 reasons as to why it won’t start and the check engine light is not one of them,
could really use lots of help guys thanks

I am getting so frustrated! We have taken the check engine light off and still nothing, its like it’s in valet mode, the book says 6 reasons as to why it won’t start and the check engine light is not one of them,

There is a switch under the hood, drivers side. A plunger, really. Make sure it is working properly, wires not rusted, etc.

Will second the check engine light...kept mine from remote starting. Also, not sure if its supposed to be this way but mine will not remote start if the gas is pretty low.

OP, what was the check engine light on for? Might want to address that before getting to the remote start!
