Just my opinion, at 100k miles, I’ve never seen an engine that did not seep some oil.
If your not loosing any between oil changes, I would not worry about.
And as post above me mentioned, make sure it’s not a coolant leak that looks like an oil leak.

I think your comment is a bit late, Lee. Nasty and I have already replaced gaskets. Don't know exactly about his, but mine was leaking enough that it was a problem. The last week before fixing it I was driving paranoid it would blow wide open.

check your front main seal (crank pulley seal) i had a leak that went down the oil pan to the back of the motor near the bell housing. but it also was being slinged around the front engine cover too making a mess. I sprayed everything down with degreaser then high pressure washed all the oil off. within one day of driving i found the leak.

I'll check it out. I ordered the Pegasus kit but am considering the Mishimoto kit if the Pegasus kit doesn't work out.

I must be really lucky. I have had plenty of motors over 100,000 miles and none of them leaked until this one at 90,000 miles. I have a 2002 F250 5.4L 2V with 360,000 miles on it and it has no leaks.
No drips on the ground but only because it was dripping on my RCi skid plate and it was pooling up there. I'm sure it was flying off as I drove.

So truck is back and it's perfect. Well actually scratch that, the oil pan gasket is perfect, buutt....
What is not perfect is that the "lead tech" at the dealer decided to remove the Fumoto oil drain valve for absolutely no reason and then installed it incorrectly and ended up breaking it. I was draining the oil in it and switching back to my synthetic oil when I noticed the valve was not at the right orientation, first inclination something was wrong. After all of the oil was drained I pulled the valve out and noticed he decided to install it using the "hex" head near the nipple, which you could see the damage, instead of using the body of the valve to install it like you are supposed to. I put it all back together, filled it up, and I decided it's worth it to just order another one to be on the safe side.
Once I crawled under the truck to replace the valve I noticed that the valve was leaking because he installed it incorrectly. I just don't get why he couldn't have spent two minutes doing a search and finding out how to install it. Nonetheless he didn't even need to remove it to begin with.
