Default 2009 bed removal

I'm removing bed on a 2009 crew to replace running boards, cab corners, frame cleaning, etc. I've removed four bed bolts, loosen filler neck, fender supports, clamp for fuel tube. Seems I'm missing something since the bed is still attached towards the front. Is there six bolts to this bed? I have a heavy duty electric hoist attached so i don't want to bend anything. Removed the two black plastic oval shaped on the inside of the front of the bed but didn't see anything there. Figured there must be a reason for them Thanks!!

Thanks for the reply. You would figure since I changed the timing phaser, chains and all the other related components plus the oil pump recently, I would be able find two bolts in a truck bed without help. Not to be!! I pulled my fifth wheel hitch out a few days ago and left the floor mounting brackets in. You probably guessed right, the two bolts were underneath. Really appreciate you taking time to reply and confirming there were six bolts. I almost had the cutting torch out.

Hey Spiky, do you know if there is a special torx bit for these bolts? My T50 fits but loosely and my T55 is too big. I broke one loose with T50 but it slipped in one of the others. Looks like the bit should have more rounded nibs on it. Don't want to strip out the inside of the bolt. Have to get them loose as when I got my cap I discovered that my bed was mounted crooked. It's a little over a 1/4 " closer to the cab of the truck on the right side than the left and the front of the cap rubbed the cab on that side.

Yes, they are TP50, not T50. I think it stands for Torx Plus.

I just tried for fit a snap-on TX 50C and a TX 500 from the garage that does my inspections. Both were still a little on the loose side. He said that there is a TX 50B, 50E and now you're saying there's another one. This is why I gave up wrenching for a living years ago. The endless pit of filling your tool box because a bunch of damn engineers can design something with common fasteners.

Yep, the bed bolts are TP, not regular Torx. Northern Tool sells a set pretty cheap.

I had very few torx, so I bought a very complete socket set from Capri. T, TP, TT, E, everything.
