Im thinking of buying a take off set of 20's to replace my 18's for the people that have done this are you happy with the change as far as ride? I have a 11 fx4

Subbed for info. Thinking of doing the same, just need to pick which style I want as I do want OEM look and get em powdercoated black.

Tire size is important to ride quality. Recommend staying away from 50 series or below. You should be fine with anything above that.

yes i upgraded to the lariat 6 spoke 20s from my xlt 17s i used a stock size 275 55 20 tire, rides great!! subbed as well

Ride of 275/55R20 is comparable to 275/65R18 imo. Avoid the Scorpions, noisy and rough. Michelin ltx m/s2 is great though.

I upgraded too from factory 18s on my '11 XLT to factory 20s on my '12 FX4. I haven't noticed any difference in ride quality or noise. I love the looks of the 20s!

I say do it. I have OEM 20s on my FX2 and it rides great. Anything under 20s just look small on these trucks.

O yea i love my 20s, im riding on hankook sport tires right now since im making it a sport truck, i might do a set of nitto 555r drag radials after these are gonee
