2.5" Level Kit, What Size Rear Blocks?

Depends how high you want the front. 3" seems like a lot of rake even for factory. Mine was a little less than 2". I wanted to make sure I could clear my tires, and also I wanted all the lift I could get. So I went with a 2.5" in front, then had to add height to the back. Probably 2" would have been perfectly level and I could have been done there, but I wanted more. If you already have 3" difference, i'd go with the 2.5" in front and see how it looks. Should look great.

Good point. I totally forgot to factor in tires as well
