Default '13 F-150 FX4 Tire Upgrade

I have a '13 Blue Flame FX4, 5.0 w/ 20" factory six spoke wheels wearing OEM Pirelli Scorpion's (275/55 x 20).
I'm upgrading to BFG KO2's (285/60 x 20). Tire Rack says I need to run high pressure valve stems, my shop says the valve stems can not be used with TPMS.
Am I going to have any issues with TPMS with the new tires? Thanks in advance for any info / input.

They must have something that will work, people use LT tires constantly.

If you put no tpms into the tires, then you will have error messages.

I have nitto ridge grappler LT tires....I don't know what they used but my tpms works just fine...FYI I keep my tires around 41-42 psi so it isn't that high... Towing I bump it up but no where near 80!

The Superduty guys (who tow 10-20,000lbs) actually lower their tire pressure to 60-65 psi a lot of time and their TPMS monitors work just fine in their trucks. I can't imagine the tpms setup is that much different between the f150 and superduty....

edit* normal tire pressure valve stems are good up to 65psi....

Default Looking to buy GOOD USED TIRES for my 2013 XLT 4x4 F150 hin Phoenix, AZ.

I HAVE A 2013 FORD F150 XLT SUPER CREW 4X4 that I'm looking to buy a good set of (used tires) either 275/65/R18 TIRES or larger ones that will lift me up a little without having to get a lift. I am in Phoenix, Arizona and only want to purchase them locally.

Tires don't lift cars, they just hold them up. 275/65/18 (32") is the standard size for a 4x4 truck, so not sure what that would do for you. I guess if you had tiny little tires you'd get an inch by moving back to the standard 32" tire.

He could easily go to a 33". Giving him 1/2" extra "lift". Taller tires lift vehicles Heck he could go to a 34", but would obvi have clearance issues without leveling IIRC.

He could also pump the current tires up to max to get 1/2", most likely.

Hardly the same thing as a lift.
