Default 02 sensor positions?

So, I was trying to do the O2 spacer trick for the downstream sensor because I’m getting P0420, P0430 errors, because the previous owner of my 2012 XLT 5.0 removed the cats. I was only able to find 2 O2 sensors close to the transmission, I read that the downstream sensor is supposed to be after the cat, if I’m wrong please correct me. Does that mean the idiot cut out the downstream sensor also because I can only find 2 sensors?? I have attached pictures of the exhaust. Looking for advice.

i thought the 2 in my picture are the upstream since they are closer to the engine and transmission. i was told the downstream ones should be close to the cat and muffler.

If the year and engine information would have been provided (and not having to be asked for), parts a schematic could have been provided to show exactly where the sensors should be located.

HINT/TIP: Put your -complete- vehicle information (year, model, cab, trim, engine, wheelbase, _x4 drive, mileage, modifications, etc., etc.) in your signature -OR- provide it in your posting(s).

Those are both on one side. Check the other bank for the other 2.

Joe, he did say 2012 5.0, with cats deleted, should be enough for this topic.

so each side should have 2 sensors? the picture i took was from the passenger side, i see exhaust pipe coming from the drivers side also. so each side has 2 sensors and the closest ones to the back of the truck are the downstream ones?
