Plus, I will use the truck for towing too, so do not want to mess to much with it! So I think with the 35x12.50 should be enough for me.

You got any pictures of your current setup?

Mine without the 2.5 lift kit
yep this is how it currently sits. 2.5" level, 3" rear block, 35x12.50 Toyo R/T on 20x9 +18 wheels.

Gorgeous truck DavidKR. I'm not a huge bed topper fan, but man I do love me a nice white crew cab long bed!

So question guys. Discount tire told me that putting the 35X12.5 on my 18 was not a good idea and that he did not recommend because my rim width is 7.5 and for the 35 the minimun is 8.5 and that the tire would concave and can have issues. Is that true? He said to go with with a 295x70 would be ebtter and only a 3/4 inch difference. What do you all think?

I'm surprised they said they don't "recommend" putting 12.5" wide tires on your 7.5" wheels. They told me flat out they wouldn't do it because I needed an 8.5" wheel. Did you test fit the 35's to see if they'd fit? After throwing a set of factory wheels on my truck, I don't think I'd clear the upper control arm with 35's. You might be better off doing the 295/70 to save yourself the headache.

Looks good! I hear great things about Bora and Fred Goeske wheel spacers. Don't cheap out on those.

How much do you think I should get in order to avoid it hitting? And also, should I get for all 4 wheels? or just the front?

I certainly won't.

Thanks

I think 1.25" - 1.5" would be perfect. I wouldn't go any wider though.

If you're planning on getting aftermarket wheels anyway, then I wouldn't bother with wheel spacers. Your rubbing can be fixed with the correct offset wheel. 0 offset or -12 seems to be a common setup around here.

Unless I missed something and you're looking to keep the stock wheels now, in which case, just ignore me.
