Lifted and towing. All I'm using is a drop hitch and some air bags to keep it level.

No problems at all! I haven't even noticed any difference between the stock 265/65/17's to the 275/70/18's. Tons of power, just make sure to put it in tow/haul mode and lock out 6th gear.

4" lift here on 34's tow a 3000+ lb pop up trailer with a 6" drop hitch zero issues no sway bar needed. Only have 3.31 gears 87 P/T and tows great 14.5 MPG towing with a 3.5 Boost.
