Default Will this work?

I'm wanting to buy a 2004 or 2005 f150 soon, and one of the first things I would like to do is get new tires and wheels for it. (First thing will be a 2" leveling kit) I want to make sure that this setup will work; XD-Series 778 Monster Matte Black Wheel (18x9"/5x5, 5.5") with Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac All-Season Radial Tire - 265/60R18 110S tires (brother in law has these tires on his 2013 f150 and loves them). So will this setup work? I want to make sure that there won't be any kind of rubbing and everything will fit. Also, thoughts on k&n cold air intakes? Thanks!

265/60/18 with a level kit? Way too small.
Do you know the offset of the rims?

Set up SHOULD fit. Make sure your bolt pattern is 6x135, though.

Good catch, 5x5 in the OP's description probably represents the bolt pattern, which would fit great on a Ram.

Yeah. when I was reading the specs I got suspicious. I've stared at so many wheel specs over the last year that they are ingrained in my head.

Ya it does come in a 6x135 bolt pattern, and so then I should go with 275s over 265s? Thanks for the help btw.

I wouldn't go any smaller than a 285/65/18. 275/70/18 would also look good, and is considerably cheaper and gives more options. Those are both about 33" diameter.

But you could even go with something even bigger, up to 35" diameter with the right configurations of lift, wheel offset, etc.
