Question Tire recommendation

Looking for recommendation/suggestions on which tire I should go with below or others I may have not researched for your experience. I'm looking for a more aggressive looking tire, so likely an A/T but want to avoid going to the E rating due to weight. I don't do any off-roading, but have the occasional dirt road and want something that does well on wet pavement. Planning to go 265/70/18 on the stock 2017 sport wheels and prefer blackwalls.

So far I am considering:
  • Toyo Open Country A/T II
  • Falken Wildpeak A/T3W
  • Kumho Road Venture A/T 51
  • Nitto Terra Grappler G2
Thanks!

I would also add the Firestone Destination X/T. While it only comes in a E rating Tirerack data is showing this size of tire weighting in at 47lbs.

"Does well on wet pavement" and "aggressive looking" doesn't line up. Best tire on wet pavement is going to be Michelin Defender.

Yeah those Michelin all season highway tires are really good on pavement in all conditions.

But he didn't ask for the very best performance on wet pavement, lots of tires do "well" on wet pavement and also look aggressive and can handle a little off pavement work better than the highway tires. My Ridge Grapplers do well on wet pavement (I have previously owned the M/S2 tire on an SUV and have them on our van as a frame of reference as well)

You can also step up to a 275/70 without going to E range, and they fit just fine at stock height.

Yeah, I looked at that size too, but only found one tire that was P rated: General Grabber APT

Can only comment on the Terra Grappler G2's. They come in lighter construction versions that save some weight if the capacity is not needed. Mine are conservative in size over stock but performed better in all cases over the OEM Michelins.
As a snow-belt person I did go to special winter only tires but feel that is due to the responsiveness and quick torque build of my tuned truck. I like them a lot and do push them often. KM

How are they on noise and wear?

"How are they on noise and wear?"

No noisier than the OEM tires, seem to be wearing little, 1 years use about 11000 miles so far. My wheel tire combination is a bit lighter than stock, a few pounds per, 245-70 17 OEM Michliens steel wheels to G2's 265-70-17 on XD wheels. KM
