We have had a pretty decent winter so I have not had to move around through heavy snow but I will say that from a dead stop the Continentals tend to break loose on hard-packed snow or in slush (this is in 2wd). They handle it pretty well once you are moving. In the rain, they have not broke loose on me and they handle very well.
