It is with-in an inch of the same height. You could run it for ever and not run into any issues. It would be ideal ofcorse to get it replaced as soon as possible just to keep them the same size.

10-4...ok this tire thats the 265/75R/15, its on the front passenger side of the truck....ok and the one on the back, same side isnt in the best of shape...
Ok and the other one on the driver side back tire is a good tire...
Will it be ok to swap it out with the 265/75R/15 tire ?....

Or will it mess up the belts ?....

I was trying to make these tires last until after Christmas, but dont think Im going to get them to last...

Those tires should be close in height but avoid using 4x4 unless necessary. You always want the same height tires with a limited slip in the rear and when the front is engaged.

10-4, Ive tried to keep the same size tires all the way around, but this is one of those times I didnt have a spare the same size....
Think tomorrow after work, Ill pull the back tire off the DS rear, and put it up front, we have a big snow storm coming in here Sunday, Im sure Ill need the 4x4, thanks..

The only things that mess up belts in the tires is miles, sharp things, or hitting curbs and the like. One tire won't effect the other side at all.

Sinking money into this truck? Guessing that is what you meant.

Do your self a favor and test drive a GMC 2500 if you are in to market for a truck. Bet you won't be buying a ford truck ever again.

Ok, Im going to need tires soon and was wondering if I went to a size 235/75R/15 tires if I would gain any on my mph mileage ....

Im now running 10.50s on it, and get close to 17 mph to a galloon...
Would I gain anything ?...

You might gain a tiny bit for around town driving due to the better "gear ratio"(the 235s are 28.5 tall) and they will be a little bit lighter I would bet. Now hi way millage will probably suffer or stay the same. It isn't going to hurt but the tires are a noticeable amount smaller both width and in height.
