Question scratch repair

Can this be sanded and then re-cleared? If not, what would be the best method for repair? I have no idea where the scratch came from, but I spend a fair amount of time on lease roads so I'm guessing I threw a rock up somehow.

The scratch is barely noticeable when running a fingernail over it.

Thanks.

That may have to be refinished - not sure it can be blended.
Maybe a shop can do just the affected area....not sure.

Thanks. I was thinking that since it's in the machined part of the wheel that it might be able to be sanded. I'll check into refinishing.
