Default 0mm offset fitment

Haven't had luck in the sticky thread so figured I'd try here. I'm not too familiar with offset other than the lower the number, the more it sticks out. Would a 33x12.5x20 with 0 offset require a level/lift or has anyone fit these on an otherwise stock 4x4? 2014 xlt screw max tow 4x4.

Would need at least a level with the offset. Make sure your wheels are wide enough as well.
