Rim adapter?
Maybe but I wouldn't want to.
Dump the wheels on Craigslist and buy new wheels in the proper lug config. You'll be happier in the long run. Not to mention most good wheel spacers cost more than some wheels. Do it right the first time with new wheels.

Don't do it just dump the wheels like stated above. The wheels already have an offset, when you add in an adapter/spacer you wheels will stick out too far to fit even a stock sized tire unless you have a six inch lift.
Each situation is different, if you really like the wheels then look into spacers and see if the offset will work.
Typically you are going to be better off doing what is above and getting proper fit wheels from the getgo but again wheel spacers aren't something to be afraid of, but they are best to be avoided if there is an easy/cost effective alternative option.
