I was not aware that the factory wheels are a +44. Wow. I just assumed they were at 0. I really like the tires I have on it now and don't particularly want the expense of changing the tires too. If I stay with my existing tires (305/55R20 Toyo Open Country Xtreme ATII's) then I would only need to purchase wheels to get the aggressive look I am going for. What offset would I need if I went with a 20"x9" or a 20"x10" wheel? Again I'm only wanting to bring the wheels and tires out to the Barricade Raptor Style Fender Flares that I installed. I don't necessarily want to use wheel spacers because I intend to do some towing down the road. The wheels I am drawn to are Fuel Vapors, 20"x9" and the Helo HE904 20"x9", but again, I'm unclear which offset to get to accomplish my goal. I will be ordering the wheels online for the best price so it won't be so easy to return them if I miss my mark. Any help is appreciated.

I went with a +25 on an 18x9 when I changed wheels and tires. Tire change was mainly because I did not feel the factory Hankook 265/60 110T would be up to some of the driving I do; forest roads, open country dirt roads not necessarily where 4WD is required. Had the factory rims been an 8" or 8.5" wide with a shallower offset I would have kept them. I really did like those rims. But, with those narrow rims and small tires the truck looked like a railroad box car going down the highway.

The 18x9 +25 with the wider tires gives it a wider stance to the tune it sticks out about 1.7" further than factory. I like the current setup and it rides nice. With what you are running a +12 to +25 would be about right and likely no rubbing.

Thank you. I've tried looking at lots of trucks around me just to gauge where the offset should be but haven't had a lot of success. I'm currently trying to manipulate a build on "Custom Offsets" but sadly, I'm unfamiliar with their programs and keep going in circles. Thank you all for the suggestions. It has given a lot to consider. I've decided for certain that I will be keeping my Open Country Xtreme 305/55R20's. They have less than 1000 miles on them so I'll need a 20" wheel to compliment them we'll. I'm ready to pull the trigger, just need my offset. Does anyone reading this have a 2015-2017 F150 4x4 with the Barricade Raptor Style wheel flares? I'm looking for a wheel offset that brings the tires out to level with the inside edge of the flares. I've been told everything from a negative 24 to a 0.

Good afternoon DLS3200, which offset to choose is a very common question when people are shopping for new wheels and tires. To recap you have a 18x7.5 +44mm offset factory wheel with 275/65r18 ( roughly 32" by 11" ) tires. In order to get the wheel close to flush with the factory fender I would suggest a 9 wide wheel with as close to 0mm offset as possible in most cases. However you are looking at the Raptor style fenders which will provide 2 inches of additional tire coverage. Most 20x9 wheels will only be available in positive offsets, 18x9s can be found in -12mm. There is 25.4 milometers in every inch, this means a -12mm would stick out roughly 1/2 inch past than the factory fender. A 305/55r20 is a inch wider than your factory tire which means the tire will also stick out roughly 1/2 inch farther toward the road. This being said, a 9 wide wheel that has -12mm offset with a 12 inch wide tire would be roughly 1 inch past the factory fender a 1 inch shy of flush with the Raptor style fenders. If you are looking for it to stick out farther you would need a 10 wide wheel with -24mm offset and that would be pushing the clearance limits of a leveling kit. I hope this helps, thank you.

Awesome information! Thank you so much. That is absolutely what I needed to know. It sounds like a 20x10 with a negative 12 to negative 18 offset is the way to go, so that it sticks out to nearly the edge of the Raptor Style Fender Flares without pushing the limits of the leveling kit. Does anyone know which brand wheel offers a 20x10 with negative 12 to negative 18 offset? I just got off work and am going to start researching that now. Right away I see that the Fuel Vapor wheels I was considering does not, meet those parameters. I will keep searching.

I am glad to hear that you found the information helpful! I am showing that we do have the Fuel Vapor in a 20x10 -18mm offset in stock. Fuel is a great wheel brand for negative offsets, below is a list of some of the wheel models they will have in a 20x10 -12 or -18mm.
Maverick, Hostage, Lethal, Throttle, Coupler, Krank, Nutz, Full Blown, Titan, Beast, Assault, Triton.

Checking them out now. Thank you once again for the great information. I see you're a vendor. Can you direct me to some good prices on the Fuel Vapors delivered to Union KY?

Rnlcomp, what size tires are those? I assume no rubbing since you did the 2" lift?
