hey guys i got me a 95 f150 4wd that im wanting to get some bigger tires and wheels for. its stock lift and all that which means i cal only go as big as 31's correct? also i like the look of the tires when they sit out a little bit from the body. how do people get them to do this? is that wheel spacers or wider wheels and tires? i was thinking about going with wheel spacers but i dont want to have this truck sitting up a little high and wheels coming out past the fenders and then these little tiny tires on it.

besides that im looking for a cheap wheel for it. something 100 or less a wheel would be nice. i LOVE the look of the simulated beadlocks and the pro comp ones are like 115 a wheel i think. also how much am i looking at for four cheap wheels and tires? im completely new to the whole truck thing and dont know what im looking at here. the truck would be road use only except maybe around the yard or what not but no heavy mudding action.

so which would be the most convinient way to go? wheel spacers or bigger wheels? i take it wider tires would cost more right? i dont want to sound liek im taking the cheap way out because i know when it comes to vehicles to always do it right but i dont have a ton of money to poor into this lol.

whats the cost difference gonna be on say 15x10 wheels and tires vs 15x8 wheels and tires? also anyone have a good website for wheels and tires. id like to find a good cheap combo. maybe some alumunim wheels but id prefer simulated beadlocks around 100 or less.

on a 4x4 you can run 33's stock. If you are going to run a 15 x 10 you need to run around 4" of backspacing on the wheels. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

 

Yes 31's on your body style is as big as you can go stock...Back space is key to making the wheels stick out further. Don't do wheel spacers. Rock crawlers whees is a good way to go for inexpensive wheels. That's what I run on my truck. Summit is a good site to find wheels at. A 15x8 with a 4.5 BS and some 31/10.50/15's will look ok.

 

I could only get 32's on a 15x8 on my 92 4x4....So I'm thinking on a stock truck 15x10's and 31's would be a good fit...

anyone have any links to some 15x8 wheels with a 4.5 bs? ive been looking around and ive found a few wheels and i really like the looks of the black rock 997 wheels in black but they only come to a 4.0 back space. i like the way these look as well as the price lol.
