Default Lifting Question

I want to lift my truck, but keep the stock FX 18" rims, and my 35" Cooper STT tires. I've read about the Rancho 4" suspension, but them can't find it and read it's discontinued. Now I've come across this RC suspension kit:
http://www.roughcountry.com/ford-suspension-lift-kit-577-20.html

Has anyone seen this yet? Anyone have it, or know someone who does? And I have a 6" kit on my ram 1500 with no probs with having 15k miles on it, so I am not gonna dislike it because of it just being "Rough Country."

So my main question is...

Since my truck is stock, leveled with the stock rims/35s, the lift claims to keep stock track width, but recommends 9" wheel and 4.5"-5" BS... If my tires and rim fit stock, wouldn't it be able to fit the "stock kept" lift?? Although the BS is 5.5" (as what I read to what the fx rim is, and being 7.5" wide). Any help on this kit is appreciated! And I will email tomorrow maybe to see from them, but asking away from the safty and whatnot reasons they will have to put on the site or W/E.

Edit: the reason I posted here is because of concern to the fitment of my rims/tires with the lift, and im on the phone version, so I'm not to good at navigating on here yet

The rancho 4in is not discontinued! The rancho 4in lift for a 2009-14 f150 allows you to use your stock rims unlike many other lifts. If you get the rancho lift in the next few months you would be able to get a $400 mail in rebate! http://www.stage3motorsports.com/RS6...-Lift-Kit.html Use the $400 rebate to go ahead and get the rs9000xl adjustable shocks. Much better ride quality I hear. Mine is getting installed tomorrow and can report back If you like.

Yeah sucks that Rancho discontinued the lift.. More and more 2004-08 guys are requesting it... Some have found the kit on Ebay and craigslist used.. Like Mrocha.. The kit was discontinued in 2012... I tracked one down all the way in Canada..

Pretty sturdy.. Rides smooth with the Rancho 9000's...

Also found this one, same description, but its a zone kit

http://zoneoffroad.com/zone-offroad-products-3-4in-suspension-lift-kit-ford-f150/f8

I haven't delt or looked to much into zone, whats the differences between Zone and Rough Country? Quality wise, customer service, shipping and what not? Do they make mistakes with orders or anything?
