I ordered a set of Cragar 97, 17x8 in wheels and their all black. I live in Kansas so we got all kinds of crap here, road salt, dust, dirt, etc. I had an idea to protect these wheels a little bit. What if i sprayed a coat or 2 of clear coat on them? Is this a dumb idea? Would it affect the way the tire stayed on the beads and stuff? Just let me know what you think? appreciate it
