35's with just leveling kit

Default 35's with just leveling kit

I have a 2004 f150 2wd 4 door and i have a 6inch procomp lift kit on it with 35 inch tires and would like to make it level and keep the 35 inch BFG all terrain tires on it but my local shop said that they wont fit under a 2wd with a leveling kit but they will on the 4wd truck what is your oppinion on this?

the local shop is correct. they will rub bad....

He's probably right. I had to use 8" wide wheels with 5 1/2 inches of backspacing to clear 35's on my leveled 4x4. I think a leveled 4x2 would have to stick with a 33" tire.

i have a 2 1/2" leveling kit in the front and a 1" on the back, which makes my tuck level as level gets. i have 35x12.5 dick cepek's on it and fits and turns perfect.

on a 4x4 35's will fit, his is 2wd, 33's are max tire size with only a leveling kit.

i think he is taking it off, it's worded funny he says adding a levler and keep the 35's but then he says the shop says it won't fit ????

Fitting is a vague term, i have seen 37's on a leveled 4x4. He never mentioned what wheels, have i seen 35's on a 2wd, yes i have, it was so stuffed it looked retarded and rubbed like hell.
