Default Will it fit? Behind seat sub 2018 xlt

Just here at work looking at subs and playing the will it fit game. Looks like most shallow mount boxes behind the seat are 5.5-6.25in. This is 7.. https://www.sonicelectronix.com/item...3TCWRT124.html

Will it fit!?!? lol Id measure myself but I wont see my tuck for a month.

The more i look, the more i think Ill just invest in a bed cover and go jl stealth box.

on a side note Lets hear your fav component set.

I would be more worried about the speaker hitting the seat when you have it kicking. I would think it would be better placed under the rear seat which is where I put my Pioneer sub which measures 6.38" x 20.5" x 13.88".

I have a super crew 2018 and it fits perfectly under the passenger side rear seat.

I use the 10in model and with a few mods to the box, it fits and gives you almost an inch of clearance and the seat folds up also.

Not bad. I'm sending around 440 watts to it and with a slight bass boost, it feels in nice after replacing the factory speakers.

To rest it totally on the floor, I removed the insulation under and behind while leaving the carpet. I then used a 2 inch hole saw and drilled a hole in the bottom of the box where the left seat bolt touched then used a 3 inch piece of 2 inch schedule 40 pipe with a plug in it to seal it, wrapped the end in duck tape and pounded it into the box bottom for a perfect seal. Afterwards I used a washer between the seat back bracket to move it out slightly and the seat latches both up and down now.
