MTI does make some nice amp racks. It all comes down to how much work you want to do. If you want a smaller sheet of 1/4" abs, amazon sells 24" x 48".

My most recent amp rack, I used a plastic fabrication company due to the size and complexity of the bends. For my smaller amp rack in my 2016, I used a blow torch and clamps.

Here are some pics of the 2016:

Are your amps and gear attached with threaded inserts or did you drill & tap the sheet?

I drilled and tapped. But when I do my final install on my current build, I'll through bolt them.

Speedwire is large enough to use with the D 1200 or D 800 correct? Any idea what length for SCrew down the drivers side?

Also, I shouldnt have to Forscan anything as far as low level output and convert to RCA but do I need to flatten EQ? Non sony 8" sync 3 doesnt need this if I've gathered my info correctly.

Nothing to flatten, no forscan needed.

Could tell you how much you would need. You will want to grab a tape measure. Make sure to account for 2 runs. From the radio to amp and back.
