@papermaker I have reviewed your build before, but I will review it again. Did you take shots of the finished product...I don't remember. Also, how many RCA cables are needed for this?
I bought 2-3’ amazon ones
I think I did post everything mounted

As for the DSP, I thought mini was a good compromise, but I may be able to swing into a helix if i would actually get a benefit from it. In either case, which one do I get?

Another question: where do I buy a good amp rack? Otherwise, how do you make a good one? I read some bad things about the MTI rack...
I made my own rack out of Kydex. Not bad for the first time. And it only cost $20

What do you guys think about the JL stealthbox with 2 12s?

Also, do I need a ZEN xxx for OEM integration or will my FOR-11CK take care of that??

Where is the best place to run the wires and enter the cab? I am thinking about running along the frame and coming up into the floor behind the rear seat. Anyone have detailed pics of their routing?

Zen is only for b&o trucks. You only need the for-11ck harness.

Everyone does it differently. I used the drivers side firewall grommet on my 2016. Regardless of where you pull it through, grab a small tub of Vaseline. Will make the job a breeze.

In regard to the tw3, I would say the tw3 is one of the best sq slim subs on the market next to the stereo integrity MKV. If you are considering the tw3, quit shopping around and go for it. It really is a fantastic speaker.

In regard to the enclosure, you are going to pay a lot for that JL enclosure. You could definitely get a similar enclosure for less making you whole package cheaper. Message Hush, he's got a new manufacturer he's been working with.

Ok. I plan to run 2 cables of 0/1 knuconceptz or NVX wire, 1 power 1 ground, so that grommet is going to need to be huge!

I messaged hush before and he told me to go local, but I'm not sure about that. Milwaukee isn't exactly known for this type of work. Hopefully he has somebody that can make it look like the JL or MTI boxes as I really like the rounded corners and smooth lines. Some boxes just look like junk you know?

Those subs were my 1st choice so the stealthbox appealed to me. I dont think I'll go to the MKV....

For what it is worth, I love my MTI box, only regret is getting a full length with 2 12's instead of half length with a single 12". But man it really is nice looking. It would have been nice to have that 50% of the under seat area still for storage. I throw the things in my bed now (jumper cables, off roading maps (they are thick books), tire inflator/flat tirer kit, trailer receiver). that used to fit perfectly next to the single JL tw3 truck wedge box. Not really an issue unless I need the full bed or just open my roll up cover, then I have to move most of those things back to the cab or they will blow out. I could put a rigid small weatherproof tool box in the back, but then that takes up space and creates other issues.

If I were to do this all again, I would personally have a hard time passing up getting a single JL12" tw3 in their custom truck wedge box. Could even double this up and have an easily removable half if you want. Or the MTI half length box, but it is bigger than the JL truck wedge box.
