Stock Sub in 2006 f150 lariat

I have a different cd player then the stock 6 disk one. How do i get the stock sub to work with it?

Use the subwoofer plug to send an audio signal to the factory sub. Comes with the Metra 70-5520-1, 5520 is just the main plug.

Do you have to reconnect any of the other wires in that plug or is it just the audio going to the sub?

The amp turn on is in the plug as well.
