okay perfect. I am looking at building a box that is 3inch deep that would fit the shallow mount Memphis 10''.it only has a 2.5 inch mounting depth. It should fit behind the driver side back seat if my thoughts are correct. :)

Just some more pics of the whole seat raised and a few close ups of the brackets installed. how did you measure how far apart your holes are for the bolts? and what are the distances for the holes?

3" on the big gaps and 1.5" on the little gaps from the center of each hole. The brackets are 7.5" long.
